I recommend renting a car/motorbike in order to get around. We stayed there for 10 days with teenagers. The complex is well maintained and clean. The owners, Christin, Kosta and Dimitri are always around and ready to assist. Fyrogenis Place itself is very well managed. Several small beaches in walking distance.

There are several nice restaurants within walking distance and several of them at the seashore/beach. The Ampelas area itself has developed the recent years and has become more upscale. Naousa is the closest place to Mykonos at Paros (both geographically and society wise). The complex is situated near Naousa (3 km) which is the chic (and expensive) place in Paros.
